Chart 4: What is the trend of properties that are Sold, Active, and New?

What is the status of listings (Sold, Active, New) for the last 6 consecutive calendar months?, by building type.

New – total number of properties up for sale by Sellers during the month.

Sold – total number of properties sold by Sellers during the month.

Active – number of properties remaining on the last day of the month for Buyers to purchase.
